Welcome to our private, virtual K-8 Academy! EducationWorks Academy, Inc. was established in January 2009. Since our inception year, our academy has expanded to teaching homeschooling students in other states. We look forward to getting to know you and your child. Our holistic program addresses each child individually to build confidence and nurture the love of learning, giving students a solid foundation for a productive, healthy, and happy life while reaching his or her academic, personal, and professional goals.
We assist parents in educating their elementary children at home by building and tailoring curriculums to prepare the student for the "real world" in a live forum using online technology. We believe that this can be accomplished in an interactive learning environment taught by highly qualified, experienced teachers complete with a plethora of information from sound curricula, partnership from parents, along with rich social and field experiences.

To involve parents in tailoring learning and materials for their children, while meeting national and state standards without compromising the holistic, creative learning environment and experience.

Proprietor/Overseer: Rhonda R. Oliver, M.Ed
is a certified educator who has 22 years of experience educating both children and adults. Rhonda's passion for teaching and learning led her to create an online K-8 Academy to enrich students who are homeschooled in becoming life long learners using their academics and innate creative talents. Ms. Oliver holds a Master's Degree in Education with Reading Specialist (Saint Joseph's University, Phila. Pa.) Graduating with Honors of Distinction: Summa Cum Laude. Additionally, she has completed her Doctoral work in Ed Leadership/Curriculum and Instruction. Rhonda has been inducted into the International Society for Reading(Alpha Zeta Chapter) and International Society for Education (Tau Omega Chapter).

Our staff is comprised of licensed, degreed, experienced, certified, and highly qualified instructors who are well versed in K-8 subject academia. We are prepared for teaching students information in all subjects using 21st Century technology and individually designed curricula tailored to meet the needs of each individual student.
